Certainty
Buckle up buttercups. We are in fertile ground. Let’s use it.
A universal truth is you cannot change governing beliefs without changing yourselves.
- Beliefs defend themselves (even when they are invalid, untrue, and unevolved.)
- Beliefs by their very nature become deeply embedded narratives, routines, actions, and ideologies.
- Beliefs have nothing to do with reality. You made up or culturally absorbed your beliefs to create your reality — (and reality is a changeable phenomenon.)
- Looping storylines, narratives, bombasity, or habits are simply ego attachment on repeat.
Suspending Beliefs
Building muscle in suspending beliefs is the name of the game in change work.
You brave unpacking what keeps you limited. You look under your ecosystem of beliefs’ hood. You interrogate blind spots within and around your beliefs’ shapes, forms, history, and sources. You learn to hold overtly to the foundational principle that beliefs are limiting in their very nature.
You become good at holding open the space and finding comfort in the discomfort of un-knowing. This is when you truly accept the limitations of your own and what has become the shared beliefs in any system.
Building this muscle constantly feels confronting. Accept that you're a normal muggle working on your magical beingness.

Un-Knowing is a Practice
Confronting certainty and actioning healthy questioning as a way of operating is not a system norm until you design it to become one.
Practicing is also not a norm until practiced repeatedly. Brains change because of repetition. Repetition of the new discovery, not the old certainty.
The practice is one of un-knowing.
Meaning, you stand in the embrace of knowing that you mostly don’t know what you don’t know. You learn to become the actual change instruments to shift reality. You accept and surrender to not knowing so you flex the present moment with far higher skill, increased elegance, and reduced fear.
It takes invincibility. Invincibility is a combination of faith, willingness, and vulnerability.

Here and Now
Un-knowing asks that you be in the here and now.
- The here and now is an interpersonal communication tool (pulled from many a spiritual practice.)
- The here and now from a comms theory basis is about becoming consciously aware of your defense mechanisms, to interrupt those little gremlins that prevent here and now mindsets and hearts.
- Here and now is a tool to learn and facilitate directness, concreteness, and specificity in order to unlearn indirectness, passivity, assumptions, and ambiguity.
The practice of un-knowing enables you to build new places, spaces, and ways of being, modes of operating, cultures of communicating, new definitions for knowing, and alternative formations for leading.
Un-knowing is stripping down to the here and now to interactively experiment between one another, open hearts by becoming more courageously yourselves, and build trust in strategic emergence (rather than control of outcomes) as a core operating mode.
Un-knowing is emptying the moments of the gunk, history, storylines, and competing beliefs amongst you, so you are better able to maneuver strategically, innovatively, and consciously — as the instruments for and of change — in your businesses.
The being, doing, and actioning of un-knowing is transformative and evolutionary work. It is why tools, techniques, rhythms, rituals, and tactics are installed as practices.
Power & Wisdom
Your individual and collective power arises from learning to dance with the repeated unknown. Learning to feel one’s power is about choosing discomfort and feeling uncertain. Each are a basis of wisdom practicing.
Dancing within the walls of uncertainty, relieved of rigidity, holding beliefs loosely so as to pivot and twirl on the metaphorical dance floor is the name of the power and wisdom game.
It is in this fluidity that the fertile ground lies to be leveraged, designed, and utilised for change, conscious steering, and meeting un-discovered outcomes.

Changing Mindsets. Mindset shifting and un-knowing is global transformation and systems change work requiring the leader in us all to continually emerge, gender and identity agnostic.
Through The Looking Glass
If you haven't heard, we have a U.S. election coming to us in 55 days.
- The human work we do to alter the operating of organisation systems is directly proportional to the changes most conscious, healthy, and compassionate people want to see functionally operating in the world. Separation does not exist. Energy alignment does.
- Be mindful to lead from courage, not shadow or fear. Un-knowing and invincibility, not certainty.
- Speak your truth with craft so others feel safe to speak theirs.
- Remember that your words are one of the most under-leveraged (or over-leveraged) power instruments you have. They carry and cast new realities out into the broad universe, often in a natural law game of ratios. Use them wisely.
- Hold close inside your hearts that you are in unique positions to participate in this very real change in collective consciousness — out of crumbling, exposed, toxic, and outworn patriarchal, misogynistic, top-down, winner-takes-all systems and structures. (Remember systems and structures, not people.)
Change is ours to make locally, regardless if you are eligible to vote in the U.S. Leaders are mere reflections of the consciousness state of the (entire) collective.
