Dynamic Energy Change

What does this mean exactly?

The frequency by which a system operates is influenced by and contingent upon external energetics and internal energetics. We exist as systems within systems within systems.

We've been experiencing a dynamic shift externally for years.

One way to contextually understand what I mean is to look at language use. Alternative words always come into the lexicon when energetics shift. In early 2021, I emerged from six months in a treehouse in the woods (literally, blissfully) to find the words "collective consciousness" being used in a team meeting. I remember thinking "we're not in Kansas anymore, Dorothy." My companion thought was "thank god."

The years 2019-present have changed us to the core. The years 2008-present have as well. By design, with intention, and for purposeful reasons. Ready or not, we evolved and continue to evolve. To new bands of knowing, understanding, seeing, thinking, sensing, wanting, actioning, and being.

The old suit fits fewer and fewer people now.

As we know, change of any scale, at any frequency takes time and incremental adaptations to lock in systemically. New knowing is never a linear one and done. We don't simplistically lay the new over the old (mindsets, mental models, power tools, rules, structures, or consciousness) — and "boom!" we're good to go.

No.

Dynamic energy change is era changing. Simplistic is not its signature.

Flight Planning

Re-factoring yourselves for the expanded opportunity demands an elevated approach. Vocabulary shifts alone, however, won't secure you a place in the expansion and elevation. They are an indicator, but plenty of others will enter alongside to open to, understand, and work with.

Work with.

What is sure to secure you a place in the expansion and elevation is your own individual and collective willingness to actively deconstruct and reconstruct how you identify with, attach, and grip to your believing structures. More indicators. Deconstructing and reconstructing them is within your full agency to actively effect and participate in the dynamic energy change.

Give yourself credit for the lengths you have come so far, while appreciating what is ahead.

The cosmology is delivering as much dynamic energy change as the CEO is. The patterns of weather are as much as the technology is. The new kids being born are as much as the rise of interest in Tarot and meditation. All are forces in the Field. You too are a force in the field. You are a power, an agent, a designer — not a victim — of the forces.

Your build of mastery impacts and is impacted by dynamic energy change. External and internal. Systems within systems within systems.

Relevance

People and systems wither under irrelevance. What this means is that remaining relevant is our evolutionary imperative. Your knowing expanding and elevating beyond your own self-imposed restrictions, false identities, incoherent systems designs, and expectations of easy.

Winning and perfection have zero to do with relevance from an evolutionary lens. You want to stop believing you should have arrived by now. No arrival truly exists. Only expanded understanding within applied effort. Dynamically.

You keep living into the ideals and responding to the invisible "tug." Understanding your soul's calling to participate in the broader evolutionary tug is everything to do with these dynamic energy changes.

Hone your sensing skills. Trust your feeling body. Mind the intuitive cues. Resist the mental slavery. Stop all the cogitation. Be authenticity and strength in the vulnerability. Let pathologising, copying, and jockeying go. Brave deconstruction.

Direct Your Energy With Wisdom

How you be, think, communicate, and direct your energy is your power.

You cast intention. You catalyse forces with or against where you want to go, what you want to bring into form, how you want to create worlds. How you be, think, and the words you choose to use contribute to or draw from the Field’s latent potential.

Energy Upgrading Reflexive Questioning Practice

• Who are you listening to?
  • Who ought you stop listening to?
• What do your eyes see?
  • What adjustments can you make to load new visual imprinting into your visual field?
• What words do you read?
  • Are they additive? Needed? Soulful? Extractive? Triggering? Expansive?
• What wholly different actions do you take daily?
  • Where are you on autopilot? Stop it.
• When are you resonating your power (feels uncertain) or your doubling down on control (feels self-affirming)?
  • Do more that feels uncertain.
• Where are you "out there" performing to the crowd, feeding the enslavement?
  • You know that Pavlov experiment? This is that.
• Are your practices evidently putting you onto a coherence bandwidth?
  • Remind yourself that coherence does not mean kumbaya and blowing smoke up each other's as$@!. It means an astute ability to see the bullshit and a higher aptitude to confront and self-correct, meeting the dynamism — with grace.

Through The Looking Glass 

Once upon a time, systems were conceived to be fortifications, rule-based, on the vertical, seeming protections, assumed givens, followable structures, operating norms, containment, fixed. Think cement, bricks, concrete, buttresses.

As the energy changes dynamically, so too does our consciousness state and design needs.

Democracy, meaning "a system of government by the people," was a revolutionary systems design idea. Perhaps ahead of its time? Or to meet that moment, in that exact time, of another dynamic energy change.

Democracy conceptually and in practice is contrast. The contrast of self-direction, self-management, and self-governance is a transcendent, imperfect, and dynamic play out of silence, divisiveness, and control.

Self-practice.

As dynamic energy change takes place, a key and relevant question that hangs above the collective consciousness is is democracy a worthy, valuable, and deserving systems design? For who we are as individuals within a collective? To meet the elevation?

• Is the juice worth the squeeze?
• Is imperfection cause for apathy?
• Do the less messy, less personally effortful, more fixed mindsets, models, and designs get us "there" risk free?
• Does 250 years in the external fight for the idea of freedom from otherwise constructed fortifications and containments give us the data needed on its degree of difficulty?
• Is "fu%@ *t" the answer?
• Within the original design, how must we expand beyond our own individual believing structures?

Frequency is external and internal energetics. Composition. Think air, speed, flight, weightlessness, flow, tone, invisible.

Fully felt.

Systems within systems within systems.
