How's everyone feeling after these last weeks of feeling into a slice of the future?

Spirals, Not Straight Lines

The seismic change we've been talking about this year has not detoured. To orient the view-master slightly, here is an offering.

Trump's win is not the reason for the upcoming transformative changes, but rather an element (or instrument) for the changes ahead to occur.

Take a pause and reflect on this.

Then, re-visit how change actually works. Remind and re-understand levers. Appreciate forces. Re-read all I write about flow, emergence, and elevation. Get out of any reactivity or passivity to focus with discernment about your active part on the road ahead.

In Theeo Thoughts No. 006, one key message was progress lies in the direction we have not yet been. The energetics upcoming are an entirely different architecture than the ones of 2008-Present. This week, we enter a new 20-year cycle with signatures no human has yet lived, led, or created systems in. Surprise or no surprise, the character that is Trump is merely one of the bridges to transformative shifts ahead. The status quo it will not be.

Spirals, not straight lines.

Feeling Unsurprised

I've been surprised with how unsurprised I am behaving.

Was my heart hoping for the iconography of a poised, smart, experienced, dignified, seemingly kind, and loving female to lead the (upcoming) free world into this era we're about to enter?

Yes, my heart certainly was. (Can't blame a girl for visioning.) But, my hawkish eyes, intuitive tummy (and highly discerning father) were telling me the signals were otherwise. For this one, my expectations were organised and my heart was fortressed (unlike in 2016.)

Leaders are a projection. A reflection of and constrained by the mean frequency of any collective they serve. The ecology of the collective continues to need the reflection of Trump to activate the collective into a more evolved state of consciousness.

Deep Change Takes Time

Change can be catalytic, amidst the incrementalism of it all.

Bullets flying, shifting who is atop a ticket, ugly predatory reveals. "Oh my!" many of us remarked. Meanwhile, the deeply entrenched, habitual mental frameworks, technology manipulations, embedded systemic norms, celebrity fetishisms, and adored hate narratives giving oxygen and support to a particular form of change desired ran dominant in the Field.

The collective asked for what is to come, regardless of which color flag. In truth, Kamala (outside of the iconography) was also only going to reflect an alternative mean consciousness state. It too representing a base fear frequency and too much status quo for the incoming era.

Change takes individuals changing. Change demands an uncomfortable unpacking of that which you aren't consciously aware of. What and how you continually behave into and out of needs scrutiny. Change requires us and everyone near us to build inner authority better, more rigorously, and far more willingly.

The tools for the job are not self-indulgement. They are pattern, narrative, and habit intolerance.

Doing the Work

With dear friends the weekend after the election, I was asked my thoughts from both a political and professional lens on what it means. Here's a brief list —

• If it isn't difficult, you aren't doing the work.
• If you don't feel discomfort in your Self, in the room, in the dialog, actively stretching to be different leading your team or speaking with your "superiors", you aren't doing the work.
• The men must do better to operate outside of their current unchallenged control-based mental models finding, allowing, and integrating more heart-based, self-love authority from their strengths.
• The women have to expect, demand, and say more from a strengths-based, self-worth authority within their innate compassion.
• Owning, not cutting off, all the parts of our hearts and strength to build structures and collectives that value, celebrate, and honor the dignity of human beings, not as mere pawns for military dominance and self-serving financial returns, is the future directive.
• Carrying pails of water for one another without expecting full expression from and radiating wholeness to one another will not any longer work.

These each must become safe-to-try.

Departing Timelines

To be good guides into this future, learning to work with these new realities means a departure. From your current identification with "what is a leader?" From obsessions with product and technology solving humanity's deeply unawakened problems. From thinking control-based structures window-dressed with buzzy words and simplistic binaries are actual change. From thinking freedom, transcendence, truth, power, and evolutionary leaps happen from the same low consciousness state we've made this mess in to begin with. From fetishising.

You have to halt being a part of the mess. Choose to be an instrument of the evolution. Decide to lead not like the others, but rather unlike them, as your bespoke truth in love and strength.

Dig deep into the fear, plumb it, and rise out of its ashes. Get so fed up with the current iconography of power, control, supremacy, abuse, stupidity, and harm — all sourced out of insecurity, madness, and sadness — so that it moves your beingness to a wholistically new bandwidth, aiding the collective into the new consciousness state.

Outdated Ways of Being

As we finally leave this 2008-2024 era, we'll begin to more easily internalise and accept how Leadership is not a role played to consume, control, connive, and manipulate. Rather, a lit projection of yourself situated with far deeper awareness of what is true, real, honest, and authentic within. To bring that out into the world to serve these changes ahead. Wherever that may be. Trusting the inner work puts you exactly in the right place, at the right time, with the right people, and for the right missions and purposes. To move the whole into this next evolutionary shift.

We're moving into new

• realities,
• stories,
• ways of being,
• means of relating and connecting,
• re-imagined expectations of our power,
• knowings.

A key means of moving into these new realities is to radically decide what you focus on, what bandwidth you choose to vibrate at (love and fear are two poles), and what risks you are willing to take to come into an alternative way of identifying with your Self.

Destruction Avatars

Trump's role in all of this? My simplistic story and non-theory-based explanation is it's for him to be the destruction operator he is. He's the inexplicable character on the stage, acting out maniacal, control-based, manipulative, egoic, 2.5-dimensional, exhaust-them chess. To his credit, he is authentic. He'll continue to be catalytic, destructive, fear-based change amidst incrementalism.

His authenticity is both electric and seductive to so many — as authenticity is frequentially. In him, they see a mirror, hope, an answer, and an abdication of what is not yet formed in their own agency, authority, and sovereignty.

To him, they give their own power in hopes he'll deliver a gold toilet to their house. When, in all likelihood, he's going to deliver deeper levels of despair, disempowerment, and destructive self-punishment until the awakening comes. That's how that works.

Take the gold toilet metaphorical note. Whether you voted or not, live here or not. Nobody is coming to save you, except your highest self. Own this consciously to be a part of the higher frequency change.

He'll stand there in his face paint to reflect back to us what is somewhat undignified and ugly in us all while being damn authentic as himself. His presence in our feeds and rhetoric in our faces is a perpetual opportunity to question staying the same in your narratives, behaviors, reactivity, ego, and posturing — or to finally pick up that pail of water and help carry the alternative future into being.

He's showing people a way. Let's not be mistaken about that.

Become your own (healthy, conscious, steerable) destruction avatar to emerge out of the bandwidth that makes Trump a viable leader. Healthier people, within structures and systems that are free from subjugation, binaries and separation, and not built upon foundations of fear. Instead, ones built on frequencies of maturity, clarity, joy, strength, and fortified hearts.
