If it helps at all ... amidst chaos, potential resides.

Do we ethically lead change stirring up as much chaos, confusion, fear, and shock as possible?

• Not when operating from the higher frequency.
• Not when knowing theory-based ways to move a system ahead.
• Not when equipped to disrupt status quo and concurrently crack open the heart of a system, with elegance.

Change that isn't mere technology plays takes time. Breaking humans to appear fast and fabricate innovation comes at your own strategic risk. Destabalising simply because you can had best be combined with an obvious, short-term, and tangible upside.

"The arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends toward justice."

Destruction for destruction sake, peppered with all consuming delusions and ideations of grandeur are something else altogether — and ought not be mistaken for ethical transformational systems change.

Destruction Operators

Destruction operators are archetypically chaos hoarders. The reason for this is the chaos energy (and its operators) lack skill in polarity balancing. They lack the ability to see and work with wholes. Wholes can be thought about as -

• deconstruction and construction,
• visioning and expanding,
• power and humility,
• data and intuition,
• opening and constraining,
• strength and kindness.

Destruction operating is energy operating out of balance. Destruction operators see only within the limitations of their thinking, ego mind. Parts, not the whole.

This energy (e.g. chaos mind) likes to tell the operator they know everything. It believes itself to be benevolently and holistically capable of leading "promised land" change. Its ego mind (the low energetic bandwidth) allows it this permission. This energy's Viewfinder only casts a single frame — a limited view — of the landscape. In that limited view, a self-reinforcing feed affirms and re-affirms its own storyline.

This mind draws to itself willing participants to support and build upon the storylines. How? Because water (energy) seeks its own level. Collectives band around frequencies, cohering shared storylines. Sometimes dancing peacefully together to the music. Other times knowingly drinking laced Kool-Aid.

Stories are not truth. Truth doesn't truly exist. Infinity exists, as do infinite truths.

Suggestibility

The self-reinforcing looping whether by the limitations of one's own mind or when feeding off one another as a hive mind is what I mean when I talk about suggestibility.

• Suggestibility can be in service of light, others, and freedom or suggestibility can be in service of darkness, self, and enslavement.

Structures (any structures) built upon any sniff of force, occupation, dominance, performance, control, arrogance, abuse, separation, fear, and manipulation are paradigmatically in the lower bands of energetic frequency.

Suggestibility unboundaried is conformity, not creativity.

Living Systems

Destruction is a naturally occurring phenomenon, yes. However, mother nature and the universal field of consciousness do not operate by delegating their divine natures into the hands or embodiment of any singular, mere mortal. And to put a fine point on this truth ... into the hands of wealthy, white males with access to a full stack of get of jail free cards and unchecked 2025 destruction keys. That's a grab, not an inheritance.

Mere mortals — wealthy, white ones included — collectively have the burden and grace of free will. That free will is a pathway to walk. One to realise, awaken to, and learn to embody the divinity of the natural world and its field of consciousness. Mere mortals, whether consciously or unconsciously aware, thrive a tad better in this lifetime or the next when they access or stop denying this wisdom.

Three key and indisputable laws of natural systems are —

(1) difference is baked in to the flourishing and survival of systems and species,
(2) interconnectivity is unassailable, and
(3) freedom to create and self-actualise is prime directive.

The distortions by man-made (versus natural) systems of patriarchy, colonialism, religiosity, capitalism, white supremacy, and the technology bank do not change the truth of how the natural world and its precise mathematics operate. The programmed and programmable minds of the ego energy and destruction operator archetype twist everyone up and thrive on confusing that truth.

Chaos doesn't sustain.

It can't endure.

The storm, fire, earthquake, flood and current Roundtable come. Damage will be left in their wake. And, they also recede.

Amidst chaos, potential resides.

Karmic Tests

Every human is tested and re-tested continuously as a part of growing and evolving our individual, but also the collective consciousness. We fail these tests regularly, and try again until we meet them. Life is this gift lol.

The collective is in a rather seismic, karmic, and collective test.

She'll constantly test where any grandness, benevolence, and snowflakey-status creeps in or she'll set some traps on when that trickster mind might be trying to convince you of story that pulls you away from the three living system truths.

Touch them. Listen to that annoying, nagging feeling. Pull back to center. Step back into discernment. Any damage is there to elevate out of and expand beyond. Wisdom and timing always reside in the tests and designs.

We do come to set points where we step out of the looping and finally learn and practice the higher game. (Until the next test comes ;)

Deep Diving

Alrighty.

All that being said, we're deep in the shizzle now and yet we're meant to be here. We're meant to wake up. We're meant to confront the limitations of the consciousness state the planet has been operating according to for the last two, four, twelve, and twenty-seven thousand years. We are meant to not be wooed by the snake charm.

Each one of us plays a role in the confrontation. Each of us are accountable for the elevation out of the looping. We hold real responsibility for helping with the expansion. And, that responsibility is not simply in off hours, on weekends, at a retreat, or OM'ing with the assistance of a meditation App.

We are being asked on this (insane and magnificent) journey to participate 24-hours per day, seven days a week. Being present to the tests in

• every conversation
• each meeting
• any role
• all ages
• whichever venture or job
• all relationships
• the trials and tribulations arriving
• all opportunity for potential, whether at the grocery store or in the Boardroom.

To confront the chaos? You are it and it is time. Dig down deep. Brush off the fear, failures, and fair-weather commitment to the leadership path. Gather your team of magicians to come with. Get down to work remembering it is a forever adventure, not an ego play or knighted role. It comes from the depth and ability to be and see wholes.

This is how we finally move beyond the capture of destruction operating energetics.

Change Begins with an Ending

At first the situation, lens, or rhythm shifts.

Next, we are catapulted into a nebulous, and maybe an uncomfortably numb, yet often antithetically rich space when we open to it.

At a certain point, a new beginning shows up, opens its door, and asks us to hop on.

And so, we begin anew.

Becoming skillful as practitioners and leaders of change is ultimately a consciousness and spiritual progression. As life is that anyway, so too is the business of politics, business, government/governing, and the body politic.

The door is open. Time to hop on.

Designing Change

The opportunity we have in every moment is we design. We can forget about long-term, big picture social change altogether in many ways — and simply focus on this present moment, between us, here, making the best dialog, envisioning, working testable decisions, and co-creating.

As a practice —

• We are ok pivoting away from what was (without wrecking balls, and instead with reasonable mechanisms to come together, share, confront, and iterate.)
• We muck about through dialog, decisioning, and shaping.
• We begin anew as a daily practice, remaining light on our feet and unattached to story, outcomes, fixed and assumed rules, and wooing.

This is our power. Our radiation of light. Our contribution to adaptation energy in our myriad spheres of influence every single day so as to participate in moving the collective.

We don't wait. We don't stay back on our heels or bloviate about where they always want us. We gather our strength and come from our power (our differences, interconnectivity, and shared creative demand) as the ways to operate powerfully and live naturally in the expected cycles of change.

Adaptation Energy

In being and doing this way, we are net contributors to the adaptation energy of the world. Without waiting for the world to stop doing its insanity. We train in the practices to remain out of and stop building victim consciousness. We abstain from waiting for the world (or whichever self-assigned "god head" is pulling focus) to give us permission to use our full potential and authentic expression e.g. our power.

We make tough decisions led by our intuition, guiding purpose, grace, and strength. Whole, not part. We lead others to do the same, collectively building (not draining, bleeding, pulling focus from) the global fabrics and local networks of adaptation energy — in service of elevation and expansion out of the chaos energy.

It is the hard work. That is why we've found ourselves here now, today, in this role, and this lifetime. To participate in the build, in the company of one another — alongside our teams of magicians.

Through the Looking Glass

When you look critically, you can see new horizons even amidst the indiscriminate destruction, gobsmacking gaffes, "commands" (my favorite), and two-stepping. Change is not linear. It is infinite spirals at best. Incessant looping at worst.

By 2026, we aren't going to recognise 2024.

By 2027, we aren't going to recognise 2026.

We may be tiptoeing through wreckage along the destruction pathway, but building anew concurrently and standing up as many spirals as we can to propagate more and more of them into the field is the idea.

Remember. Change is action not ideology. And action at higher frequencies does not reduce to destruction.

We rely on and use our power, rooted in natural systems law, and the strength of joy to counteract low — and construct high — frequency systems. When we learn and brave being and seeing wholes, we are not diminished and need not diminish. We don't wield unnatural, destructive chaos as a cover for the inadequacy of the entrapped, imbalanced, limited, and fearful mind.
