Happy Summer all-

7's are power, luck, and sacred geometry. For example, distinct notes in a musical scale, colors of the rainbow, spots on a ladybug's back, classical planets, star-shaped seeds in apples, a slot machine win, and the number of cervical vertebrae in the necks of mammals (giraffes to humans).

Today is a nice 7-7-7 pattern. We love a pattern for many reasons—most importantly, as a strategic navigation device. In turning the corner of 2025, adjust your eyeballs. Perceive the luck and admire the beauty.

Dare to attune to and be the light. Darkness collapses the light.

Higher. Further. Bolder.


The Truth of an Organisation

Every company holds one undeniable truth at its heart. It is born out of the original idea.

Designing story, strategy, and systems to uphold that truth—and to operate (function, run, grow) honestly in service of it, rather than projecting onto it—is a wildly challenging ambition.

Weaving all the bits, parts, and people takes constant courage, confrontation, and clarity seeking.

Fragmentation of a company's truth is the perpetual risk. Everyone hopes to believe it is money and marketing, but it is not. The risks lie in false premising. They lie in distorting and devolving the system's truth. In fearing dislikes and disappointment. In denying reality. In allowing small incisions in the truth to accumulate without suturing.

And yet, ruptures can, in fact, be a saving grace.


Organisational Oxygen


Living systems breathe.
They bend.
They grow.
They morph.
They recede.
They maintain.
They shed.
They spawn.

The continuous return to a company's undeniable truth is its oxygen—it keeps the living system alive.

During any build, transformation process, or team activation, go ahead and ask:

  • Is everyone in the system fully embodying its truth?
  • Is that truth a continuous input and output of intentional design?
  • Are cohered strategic priorities emanating from and informing the truth?
  • Does the system live its truth daily, evolving in real time the business and team you choose to create?
  • Does the system tell a clear and honest narrative that reinforces its truth—even when aspiring to its truth gets hard and confronting?
  • Are your system's habits nurturing, strengthening, and reinforcing its truth— even in the face of counterforces?
  • How effectively does the system reflect, digest, and process its own self-correcting data loops?
  • Are expectations for participating in this system's truth crystal clear and constructively confrontational?
  • Who is accountable for upholding the organisation's truth? One person or everyone?
  • Are you designing and wiring the company constantly to remain truthful and connected to its metaphorical tummy?
  • Are all actors embodying the company’s truth—releasing their egos while actively finding ways to add value, serve, and co-design its systems and operations?

Oxygen.

Vital for functioning.

Essential for surviving.


Living Energetics Technologies

Living energetics technologies enrich, support, and invigorate. Think—

  • upliftment
  • dynamic energy emanating
  • joy flowing

2D flat mechanics extract, dominate, and suppress. Think—

  • powerless
  • insignificant
  • separate

Living energetics technologies are perception-shifting. They enable individuals to break through their limited believing systems—powerlessness, insignificance, and separateness—within systems intentionally designing to run on power distributed, consciousness present, and interrelatedness cohered. These technologies emanate something entirely other. Such systems build and act as mirrors, establishing truth as an operating system and reflecting it back with regularity.

  • System to person
  • Person to system
  • Person to person
  • Nested system to whole system
  • Whole system to nested system

It is an enduring embodiment organism, perpetually serving one undeniable truth.

Living energetics technologies tune grounding, confidence, and confrontation within the contextually complex embodied organism. Dissensus, unwavering presence, "alarming" visibility, messiness, and interconnectedness weave together the truth fabric.

Dimensional.

Far from flat.

Oxygen.

Symmetry Breaking Systems

"Breaking the boundaries of your worldview" means breaking the symmetry of your known.

Evolutionary change work is this, and wherever you are right now, you are doing evolutionary change work—within and without.

Having the courage to go beyond density perception, yours and the system's, involves "requesting energy to present itself to you" so you can perceive through new prisms.

Yes, you read that last sentence right.

Self-Affirming Density Perception Loop

The boring, ever-repeating known seeks disruption. Remember, evolution is inexorable. One way or another, the boring, ever-repeating known will find its disruption. It is natural law.

Seek it rather than it seeking you.

Your density perception operating reflects 2D flat mechanics conditioning, not living energetics technologies. Living energetics technologies train your senses to:

  • flit and float
  • lily-pad and surf
  • surrender and ungrip

(Living life will help you along, too.)

The influence over minds to perceive, build, and operate in such solid, mechanical, and quantifiable ways are merely unquestioned system designs entrenched in limited believing. They are system builds of, from, and for density perception.

They are boring, ever-repeating known phenomena.



Resistance to change?
Density perception.

Fear of playing?
Density perception.

Emotional reactivity?
Density perception.

Staying stuck rather than leaving?
Density perception.

Triggers?
Density perception.

Trying to play both sides?
Density perception.

It is a failure strategy.

Greater stability means constant adaptability.
When you are adaptable, you lose fear.

"What if this happens?" you ask the change.

The answer is:
Bring it on. I'll evolve.

A Vedic Worldview

Refusing regression?
Symmetry break.

Saying what isn't normed?
Symmetry break.

Gathering and holding your own truth?
Symmetry break.

Bringing honesty—with both strength and love?
Symmetry break.

Choosing intentional positivity versus default negativity?
Symmetry break.

Holding structures firmly, without ad-libbing?
Symmetry break.

Choosing and articulating words with precision?
Symmetry break.

You—individually and collectively—must break through the boundaries of your worldview. Density perception is insidious and attaches itself to hosts who perpetuate its ever-repeating reinforcements.

But equally, hosts are needed for symmetry breaking. The collapsing of symmetry relies on collapsing perception realities.

Evolving perception—of ourselves, our creativity, our businesses, our relationships, and our sense of point and purpose—unblocks the limits density perception imposes on innovation. Creating new forms and meaning through living energetics technologies, emerging joy, dynamic energy emanating, and upliftment enriches, supports, and invigorates symmetry breaking systemically.

Flow.

Oxygen.

Truth.



Culture Phenomenology

Animating cultures worth operating is not a title, position, or company social post. These tend to be (1) phony, (2) performative, or (3) late-stage 2D mechanical builds.

Don't Fuck Up the Culture means choose a build lane—and stay true.

Stay honest and humble, individually and systemically.

First, build systems.
Second, do not build jobs, titles, boxes, squares, sheeple, divas, or showboats.
Third, celebrate the symmetry breakers.

    • Next, establish impeccably clear boundaries around your system designs—to allow a culture to emerge—one within which the organism can healthfully thrive. Not seeking the boring, ever-repeating known, but instead living energetically into the unknown, the unexpected, and the unfamiliar.

Confrontation and health are bedfellows. Health—dimensional in and of itself—requires intention, nurture, discipline, and restraint.

    • Sneaking 2D, flat mechanics into a company truth that aspires to break symmetry is reptilian charm, laziness, and cheating. Density perception.
    • Unapologetically designing and operating in the company truth? Symmetry breaking.

Interrupt perception density that says "I, [person], am the fixer, rescuer, hero, nurturer, solver, caregiver, anointer, coddler. This is pure boring, ever-repeating known play.

Invite in the evolutionary perception that sees system wholeness, designs collapsing symmetry, kicks ego and self-service out the office windows, and serves self- and system-innovation.

Building from an evolutionary, not a dense perception reality, is the harder path.

Easy and comfortable? You aren't doing it.

Same old ways? You are not doing it.

Words without a system design to animate intent? You are cheating.

Titles, roles, and impositions? Density perceptions.

Culture is a phenomenon of a company's truth. Truth is a complex and confrontative weaving.

Symmetry breaking.

Oxygen.

Intelligent Design

The universe is a highly intelligent design. I mean ... a ladybug's number of spots? Here are a few reminders to break symmetry yourselves —

Stop:

  • believing through perception filters that distort her truth
  • abiding by the false programming
  • listening to the bullshit
  • reaching for the same lessons you've already looped through
  • your mental acrobatics
  • dead, 2D flat mechanicals
  • moving so much

Start:

  • sitting on a real or metaphorical cushion
  • rhythming with—not against—her tides
  • challenging your personal density perception as your daily practice
  • bowing with reverence to the unknown
  • leading from a fortified, cohered, clear, and unentangled heart
  • being stiller

Through the Looking Glass

The ever-repeating known is the boring reach for the boring way—coming from the boring mental prison, using the boring language, building the boring structures, and expecting the boring results.

Step off.

It takes immense effort and discipline to liberate from institutionalism, e.g., density perception. And yet, it is right here within the easiest reach—your mind.

  • Staying in the truth and collapsing symmetry abilities are found in continuously breaking your perception reality.
  • Symmetry breaks are "held" because you don't death grip them.
  • Greater stability means greater adaptability.
  • And, when you are adaptable, you lose fear.

Symmetry breaking.

The second law of thermodynamics reinforces itself as truth viewed through density perception. Energy behaves in vastly divergent ways, responding to the seer, the ask, and the vibration. Perception filters shape perception. Truth is call and response.

Truth—yours, your company's, objective reality—is powerful, joyful, and dynamic. It enriches, supports, and invigorates because you perceive its design with intention, breaking symmetry as a way of flowing it.

Oxygen. Not density perception.

Vital for functioning.

Essential for thriving the truth.
