Ok, here we go.
“The truth consists in not knowing the truth, but in being the truth.”
Truth is subjective, not objective – something lived and embodied, not merely attained or intellectualised. It is fluid, mutable, and endlessly re-inventable.
Be sure to tell the kids, if you have them. Tell your monkey mind, if you don't.
Leading
The definition of a leader –
A person who has agreed to be an outlet for nature’s creative intelligence.
When you choose to become an agent of progressive change, nature flows through you everything it wants you to distribute into the world. Your singular job is to remain an open channel – to bring through into form and function, what the evolutionary demands are.
Small job? Not at all.
It is, at first, a disciplined and humble listening practice on repeat that connects you to the quiet voice inside. What comes out of you might not always be quiet. Sometimes, it might be ferocious; other times, tender. Still others, it may be curious, direct, or creative. The key is what you are being and operating according to is energised from the continual dialogue and relationship with the higher mind voice coming through within – the truth. Learning to trust the guidance of your truth. Returning to a healthy relationship with it. Building muscle in bringing it forward.
Our leadership is then the ripple effect – the outward expression of our internal flow – informed by nature's creative intelligence. It is our continual confidence in harnessing, building, and sharing that which we are blessed to know, see, create, and feel moved by – distributing it out into the world.
- Megaphone? Unnecessary.
- Unedited? Willing, not perfect.
- Posing? Please don't.
- Uncomfortable? Seems that way.
- Impossible to contain? More than likely, when truly your truth.
Listening
Listening, a symbiotic loop flowing at all times, becomes your primary key to hearing the codes of your truth.
Two ears.
Two eyes.
One mouth.
The numbers aren't accidental.
Rather, they are intelligent design.
No Arrival
It feels like I've said this for years, yet we seem also to be in a collective amnesiac moment so I'll repeat myself.
There is no arrival. Evolution and trust are the opposite of Hotel California.
Evolutionary progress is fraught with slippery sloping back into the programming and illusion – all while trying to spin narratives of progress.
If anything, the programming is Hotel California. Discerning the difference is the awakening.
Anywho, I deviate...
When you put your attention on what you wish to grow – whatever tiny or tall corner of the Universe you are seeding and activating your worthy intent and nature’s creative intelligence in the direction of – you build new grids in their service.
A combination of head, heart, gut, and backbone is the requirement. Appreciating that no arrival truly exists, only the process of lived, embodied, and interconnected experience giving life and your truth meaning is effectively all that matters.
Remember, you (singular or collective) are both the channel and the outlet. If you get too much in your head and your mouth moves more than the sum total of your eyes and ears, the plot will twist – and she'll whack you.
Nature's creative intelligence is not mere poetry. She lives. She breathes. She leads. We metaphorically bow.
How?
By becoming her vessels for the highest potential – from our truth.
No arrival.
Continuous improvement to keep the dance working right.
Polarities
Flow is the feminine polarity.
- Continuous? Feminine polarity
- Ocean? Feminine polarity.
- Waves? Feminine polarity.
- Moon? Feminine polarity.
- Eggs? Feminine polarity. (Just in case anyone has egg confusion.)
- Receptivity? Feminine polarity.
- Generosity? Feminine polarity.
- Chaos? Feminine polarity. (Science, not suppression.)
- Listening? Feminine polarity. (Why? Head back up three bullets to receptivity.)
- Willpower? Feminine polarity.
- Mystery? Feminine polarity.
- Abundance? Feminine polarity.
Are we all both polarities? By intelligent design, yes. By lived experience, not exactly.
The programming and distortion fields have created a big, fat mess of late-stage capitalism, democracy, and human identity.
Do we need both polarities? Intelligent design says "Um, duh?"
Short of the synthetic, artificial, and unnatural system-design brainwashing, nothing in nature is devoid of the delicate, humbling, and often majestic expressions of how the two archetypes weave together to create.
2,000 years of control-obsessed, fear-driven, violence-excusing, feminine-erasing, and masculine-diminishing nonsense was by design – a system intent on harm.
Do not be mistaken.
It's not a cute "nice to have." That's just patriarchal, industrial, religious, Cartesian bullshit.
Be brave enough to lead from this.
Why?
Because it's everything.
Plus, I don't want to hear anyone talk about complexity any longer unless they're demonstrating this level of commitment – and the depth of work, vulnerability, and willingness to suture the collective wounding involved – in what complexity actually means.
What it actually means is – start contributing to the healing. To the millennia of tears. To the systemic distortions. To the tiny boxes. To the antique and modern systems that ask humans – men and women – to operate inside them.
Stop perpetuating the harm.
In the workplace.
In your leadership.
From your heart.
With a backbone.
Actions. Not words.
Realness. Not performance.
Truth. Not masks.
Embodiment. Not bra-burning or cosplaying.
Begin with yourself.
Multipliers
The feminine polarity is also the multiplier.
The multiplier effect originates from flow.
Flow is feminine.
Women, biologically, are multipliers. (Just in case anyone is confused by this biological power dynamic.)
Power – specifically the multiplier effect – lies in the feminine polarity. Structure (not the same as control) lies in the masculine polarity. (Polarity, not gender.)
Tracking me?
Hooking into flow is what fuels the multiplier. But flow without the right constraints leads to issues of direction and coherence. Prematurely imposing structure – without first seeing, understanding, and learning to move flow – not only blocks vital energy and stifles creative potential, but also chokes innovation at its source.
When you've ever experienced the magic of flow, you understand it can stand on the head of a pin –
a divine balancing act,
a tender orchestration of seeding and sowing,
often a momentary glimpse.
Art gives it to us most frequently.
And, when we build system designs intended to be – and behave – in more evolutionary ways, we design for the multiplier effect.
We do not design for structure.
We architect to catch flow – not to control.
We bring in more "art."
Art, the science of intuition and iteration; pattern and possibility; risk and rigor.
As designers, we come to understand how to optimise for the one versus the other. As leaders, we learn to steer a system away from the dangerous precipices of control-based ways. As practitioners, the learning trajectory is to seed, harness, and move system energy into the multiplier effect.
Mastery comes through the convergence of
1. deep cognitive learning across disciplines,
2. applied ongoing practice,
3. somatic understanding, and
4. a layered, dimensional toolkit of instruments.
And yet, mastery mostly comes through the willingness to throw away the tiny boxes – invest in a deep appreciation for the actual power dynamics that serve and facilitate the multiplier effect.
Co-Creators
The programming, patriarchal positioning, and possession obsession disallow humans from finding comfort, capability, and confidence in flow.
Structure and flow are archetypically co-creators. Partners. A dynamic marriage. Intelligent design.
As magicians, the choice is to work the light – or the darkness. High frequency, flow, and balance come alive when we build grids for the light.
So, as we move forward into the next stage of business building, let us first seek to understand the true mechanics of flow and the quiet miracle of the multiplier effect. Let's have a reckoning with why responsive design, lean, agile, and continuous improvement became all the rage – and let's look unflinchingly at why they so often fall short. Let's really grapple with what this means individually, collectively, and systemically for this evolutionary push ahead.
We need to become stewards more than disruptors so that this current can run free – not boxed in, but recognised. Not feared, but honored.
Beyond the distortion, beyond the urge to control, and beyond the tiny boxes.
It is here we find the place where real, tangible, confronting, liberating change becomes possible – and where we gain access to shaping a world, verticals, and systems transformed.
A world transformed, honoring flow rather than one entrapped by unnatural, confined spaces. A world transformed by opening access to new technologies, innovations, and energetics.
A world co-created from truth – by being it.
Individually.
Collectively.
Systemically.
Through the Looking Glass
Why is it so hard?
Because the programming runs so deep.
Why is it not optional?
Because evolution is inexorable.
Why us?
Because we aren't here for easy or optional.
We're here to make the illusions uncomfortable with our individual, collective, and shared frequencies.
"Normal" is for them, not for us.
Truth is for us.
Realness is for us.
Light is for us.
Blasting new codes into the collective consciousness is for us.
Stewarding because we are being truth is for us.
Innovating is for us.
Building is for us.
Unapologetically.
One check-in at a time. One honest conversation at a time. Four confrontations honoring your truth at a time. One meeting at a time. One presentation, newsletter, talk, or post at a time. One difficult decision at a time. One risk at a time. One adaptation at a time. One change at a time. One strategy session at a time. One agreement at a time. One step in front of the other at a time. Continuously.
The density is relentless.
But so are we.
No tiny boxes here.
Higher. Bigger. Lighter.
