Let's start with my good friend, trust.

Trust always becomes a default narrative as digital cycles accelerate. In this AI wave, trust once again resurfaces. As a value proposition, indicator, measure, bumper sticker, weaponry, shaming device, promise – false or otherwise, a flag, and a defense mechanism.

To be clear. Nothing new here. AI or no AI.

Humans simply continue to confront basic laws of nature and spiritual truths as evolutionary phenomena enter the collective consciousness.

Trust is simply one of these truths. She's always positioning just out of reach so you can do more of the evolutionary work needed.

By design.

Trustworthiness

Trust is a contextual space created. A space that is a result of being trustworthy.

Being trustworthy is an emanation, a ripple into the Field. A perception within the ripple, translated as trust – and a momentary state.

Trust is not "a doing." It is rarely fixed. It is not something anyone owes you. Trust is what we build between us repeatedly by becoming trustworthy instruments within ourselves first.

Trusting yourself means fully embracing awareness of and accountability for yourself personally. It means confronting your sense of worth and value, dancing with your divine wounds and shadows, and engaging in relationship from that dimensional (and flawed) set of truths. This is the path that leads to trustworthiness.

Embodiment of your wholeness, less victimhood around your weaknesses, is the measurable result. The sniff of trustworthiness as an emergent phenomenon of personal awareness. Through which we do the work of trust with one another.

One of the many ironies in the work of personal awareness is that becoming trustworthy means becoming more stripped down, not more buttoned up. More vulnerable in our own exposure rather than protected in our disguises. More real in our perfectly flawed selves, less all-knowing in our positions.

More honesty. Less make-believe.

Light and Darkness

Trustworthiness works with both our light and dark material. Dark material generally gets a bad rap, which only drives systemic suppression.

Too much suppression? Unhealthy people. Unhealthy systems.

Why?

Unconsciousness rather than consciousness.

Darkness is the natural counterpart to light. Sun and Moon. Summer and Winter. Sky and Ocean. Birth and Death. You get the idea.

Darkness denied feeds untrustworthiness. It builds phony and unsafe-to-trust people and places. Siphoning light only gets you so far – until water gets thrown on you and you disapparate like the Wicked Witch of the West. "Performing light" results in the same. Best to work with the polarities.

Becoming Real

The Velveteen Rabbit by Margery Williams comes to mind.

Trustworthiness emanates joy. It grounds the difficult. It coalesces stability and strategy. And it reads as honest.

Trustworthiness is an energy – a high-frequency state, a way of being. Not because it is easy, but because it is an integration and truthful emanation of one's light and dark material held under continuous conscious awareness.

• Blowing in the wind with no backbone is not trustworthy.
• Yelling trust me is not trustworthy.
• Words not backed up by aligned, evident, honorable actions are not trustworthy.
• Interfering is not trustworthy.
• Righteousness is not trustworthy.
• Blaming is not trustworthy.

Becoming real is trustworthy.
Beaming the energetics of real is trustworthy.
Building the architectures of realness is trustworthy.
Embodying the truth of who you are is trustworthy.
Individually.
Collectively.
Systemically.

Prattling on about trust is actually a cop out.

Do the work of building trustworthiness within yourself, so trust among you can become a continuous outcome metric.

Systems Designing

We design systems with intentional ways so systems can live into themselves more naturally – animated by people, clear vision and direction, and rigorous strategy practices. Trustworthiness is a fundamental feature of system designing ways.

Why?

So emergence, responsiveness, adaptivity, agility, and the qualities of dynamism can be genuinely allowed, tolerated, and embraced. These ways are not "covers" to mask control or perform progressiveness while secretly desiring orderliness, only to then proclaim "chaos."

Here is a mantra:
You honor yourself. I honor myself.
We show up for what is hard and necessary as much as for what is delightful and inspiring.
We operate in the present – grappling with decisions, having dynamic conversations, opening up to breakthroughs, and applying solutions.

• Trustworthy systems fortify their core because they build no bullshit zones.
• They work with both the dark and the light.
• They hire people who come equipped to expand, grow, learn, and evolve in such a demanding environment.
• They build human and technological structures that serve as forcing functions for trustworthiness.
• They expect participation, commitment, and realness.
• They do not waste time on lowest common denominators that pull away from their highest ideals.
• They value dissonance, discussion, and debate.
• They expect leadership as an emanation of realness, not as control or performance.

Joy is one of the highest frequency measures. Another path – the one to joy – is also how we, individually and collectively, be trustworthy and experience trust between us, and so we can share in a state of joy.

I honestly don't think I'm saying anything terribly new here, but it's worth repeating. We must keep remembering what the heck we're all focused on when it comes to leading and making change, and so the effort is collectively purposeful in both the macro and micro.

High frequency, not low – said simply.

Awakening to Your Power

Ask yourself these questions about your truth.

• Who are you when nothing reflects you back?
  • Do you know?
  • Do you like him?
  • Is she content without the mirror?
• What does it mean not to be driven by the need for validation?
  • Whether you ask "I wonder what they think?" or "I don't care what they think," both are, in fact, seeking external validation.

What if you were to move about with this idea of your own power?

This idea – one where your own power is an embodiment, rather than a narrative against – is the awakening to your truth.

Awakening to what your power – not your need for control – truly rests on by locating it within and walking this earth, radiating it out. Not according to anyone else's prescription, description, set of expectations, judgments, or feedback forms.

It's not about creating "boundaries" per se, but rather embodying BOUNDARY as you come to operate from your power. (Reminder: This is also a wholly different paradigm than using non-verbals to manipulate boundaries.)

Stay in dialog with your own reflection, your own truth, and your own willingness to shadowbox. That way, nothing and nobody has any true ability to throw you off your center.

Don't get me wrong. You'll get thrown off. You may lose your shit, but you don't have to lose your balance.

The metric that matters is speed to recovery.

Through the Looking Glass

New consciousness continues to open up. It is coming online faster and faster. We know it is not altogether new at this point, yet it's touching more and more people now.

You may feel it more than you cognitively understand.

Trust that.

We exist in a global, galactic, cosmic moment. New questions without immediate answers are arising.

Be patient.

Build practices to sit still and listen in. Keep learning to be more stealth in the ambiguity. In the expansion. In the real-time elevations. In the dropping away of your sense of time. In the WTF?

The revolutions are in both technology and in consciousness.

Be clear-eyed here to know the differences between the two.

The builders of the future are the ones free of systems of control. This begins with oneself. The revolution in consciousness, once woven amongst us, becomes mirrored in reality.

Attend to what you are creating, without fear driving.

Act according to the energetic cues, not the egoic drivers.

Hold an open, not a hard heart (vibing love and strength in balance) as the pathway.

Let the shifting and changing be as natural as nature. Less gripping, interfering, and domineering.

Become wisdom in action, as your trustworthiness lights the path.

March 2026 will come fast. Remember, it is one of our key tide change markers.
