I'm sure you feel it too if you are humming on the same bandwidth. We've been in the deep waters –

• Letting go of the dross.
• Allowing the insights sneaking in to take up space, however curious they seem.
• Dropping the outdated identities, no longer feeling like today's you.
• Expecting the changes to feel uncomfortable, not comfortable.
• Trusting the shedding process.
• Allowing rather than resisting.

These moments we're in harken back to some of the transformative work we were doing in the 2022-2024 chapter. If you recall, it was not tremendously subtle nor chill back then.

2026 and all it will bring to bear is now approaching rapidly. This multi-year chapter is closing.

Fire Horse

The year of the Wood Snake is ending.

The year of the Fire Horse is approaching.

A 9-year, 9 being the number of completions, is completing.

A 1-year, 1 being the number of fresh starts, is incoming.

Notice the theme arising?

2025 has been about "wrapping up" (very) old cycles. Per that, it has regularly felt akin to Groundhog Day.

2026, on the other hand, will turbo-charge us into a never-before-lived setup of energetic (human and technology) conditions.

Energetic conditions that look, feel, and smell like:

• Fast.
• Catalytic.
• Unexpected.
• New rules.
• New tools.
• New age.
• New consciousness.
• New choicepoints.
• Less weight.
• More change.

Hold onto your hat. 2027 will look nothing like 2025.

Upsides

The benefit of living through the last months of life and newsreels hopefully transmutes any fear of change into "thank f/ing god... get me out of this version of projected reality."

You know, when we need an upside to navigating the constant and wild changes...

Power

Having fiddled with the words power and control for these last few years, I am often driven mad by the way the spoken and written word interchanges them carelessly. Language is limited, I know. And yet, this carelessness reinforces damaging, bad defaults.

Positions of "power" entangle with issues of "control" everywhere.

Meanwhile, neither a position of power nor any accompanying issues of control have much to do with what is the true, humanity-based – by definition – meaning of power.

Positions of power and issues of control are simply pathologies. Each a hat tip to the system design of patriarchy and its traveling companion, misogyny. Where dominance is codified as the name of the game. Manipulation, its byproduct.

Hierarchy of man, not of needs. I know ... Maslow tried.

And so, when dominance is the name of the game, the game is rigged for zero sum. It can look something like –

• "I" work the system to find small and large ways to dominate others.
• My "value" is measured by "who I sit atop."
• My sense of self is crafted from outside-in validation rather than inside-out knowing, often via a label, title, or tribal affiliation.
• Therefore, my "worthiness" flimsily blows about per the dominance chases, need-based validations, depreciative satiating, and energetic bleeds.

Manipulation, the reflexive lever that feeds the depreciating satiation, in the continuous control loop, stands as culturally normal in said system design. He's hardly even recognisable in his virality – and eons of boundarylessness. Her version is unobvious too, in the distortion field's minimised and dismissed expectations of her, as standard operating procedure.

Complicity

A populous riding blind on baseline operating methods that ensure harm rather than healing long ago became our norm – in this reality, over these eons.

In the system of top-down, manipulation-based, insatiable control-monkeying, dominance takes all prisoners.

Consciously or unconsciously, you are complicit. We all are. Be uncomfortable with that truth. Squirm there. Be honest with yourself, not victimised, defensive, or reactive, about it.

Then, be powerful. Stand in your power in the most micro of moments. Choose to participate in changing the systemic realities of harm – to ones of healing.

Because this is what it takes not to be complicit.

Realness

Your power. The rawness of your realness. The truth of you operating as the default, c.o.n.s.t.a.n.t.l.y.

Not your position. Not your control-monkeying. You, without your fears. You being honest. With yourself. Courageously. Healthfully. Moment by moment. Practicing rigorously.

It is only then that we carve and create a world that holds open and honest space for us all to be and become as intended. Without the necessity for manipulation, denigration, or sitting atop others. A world transforming itself because the light – all of us in our power without apology – transmuting, alchemising, and standing stronger than the wealth of darkness asking us to play small.

Realness is you actively participating from your highest self. In integrity. Without fear or favor. Dropping the masks, titles, and tribal affiliations that separate you from and block access to your rawness.

Life and the newsreels are not for nothing. Stay attuned. While brutally uncomfortable at times, they offer a gazillion masterclasses weekly in power playing, control, manipulation, dominance, realness, and the evolutionary call of the time: to rise up.

Micro moments. Not grand gestures.

Sparkle

Your power is not granted, gifted, or gained. It's imbued. You showed up with the sparkle and seeds of your power. And you actually designed the journey you'd take. The evolutionary exercise is then to live into your power.

Step-by-step. Call-by-call. Intuitive hit by intuitive hit. Challenge by challenge. Niggle by niggle.

If you've had that moment of meeting your child, you know the sparkle I'm talking about. It's one of life's undeniable secrets. Meeting the seeds of their power for the first time, energy emanating off them, light shining through their wee baby eyeballs. You don't need to have become a parent to know, though.

When you see through eyes of oneness, you can see that sparkle in just about everyone. Seeing souls, dialing into vibration, and understanding resonance is about nurturing and steering potential – without any need to dominate. Without interfering. Instead, by holding space and remembering that seeds ultimately know how to sprout themselves.

Power knows itself – and walks its own path of self-realisation, self-actualisation, self-sufficiency.

Control denies and obscures power. Position often masks power's emergence, and fear is the undercurrent of both.

A seed never fears its ability to sprout. Light doesn't ask for permission to shine. Wind doesn't wait for approval to blow.

Power is vested in us upon arrival. Operating against it makes for all the craziness.

Operating in alignment with our power hooks us into flow, transcends the bullshit, and takes us where we're meant to evolve. To where the fountainhead is asking for another willing, powerful vessel to create. To where you are meant to meet yourself anew, to bring about what is next.

To be in your power. Operating from that light.

Without apology. Minus the manipulation. Ceasing the control-monkeying. Having little need for positioning.

Just the rawness of your realness.

Through the Looking Glass

Organisations building for the light is what's in store. Spiritual mission and vision statements for organisations aren't unfathomable. A business not centered on giving back to society will be unlikely to thrive. Integrity is systemic. The paradigm shift is going to happen fast as the signatures in 2026 become entirely different than where we've ever been.

The year of the Fire Horse is accompanied by full entry into the Age of Aquarius, out of the Age of Pisces. Into collectives and individuality. Out of structured authority and conformity.

Living authentic, in truth, integrity, and impeccability is Aquarian.

Leadership in the new age also means being and feeling energy first. Building energetically, principally. Energetic fit will matter more than hot shots or titans. Individuality combined with the shared accountability for the collective – also Aquarian. The mind will become secondary – or eventually obsolete. (👋🏼 AI ...)

Two things with this -
One. Trust your sniffer. That is your energetic body providing accurate information well before your ego mind clouds your sensing.
Second. Trust what's happening. The Wood Snake has been busy being still, shedding layers, and letting go of what is no longer needed. The Fire Horse will have little need for stillness, instead moving with abandon.

Fire. Power. Sparkle.
